Jennifer Lopez demands 'respect' as she lays down new relationship rules during emotional Las Vegas moment

Jennifer Lopez is using a powerful onstage moment during her UP ALL NIGHT Residency to share some moments of reflection that she's experienced recently.

The star spoke on love, heartbreak, and what she now needs from a relationship.

While performing If You Had My Love at the Colosseum, she paused during the show and shared how her perspective on the 1999 hit has evolved over the past couple of years.

'It does not seem like that long ago, right? Well, to me it does'- she mentioned to the crowd.

'1999 might not seem too long ago, but to me it does now. When I first sang this, I was so young, and I sang this with a lot of hope'- she continued.

She continued to mention how the song followed her through so many stages of her life, and she sang it when she was sad and when she was happy. But today, she's singing it in power, before laying down what power looks like right now.

Lopez continued by sharing that if someone wants her love now, they have to earn it, and that can be done by treating her right and giving her respect. "You have to accept me for all that I am,"- she concluded.
