Tisch mentioned more about how the cops firmly feel that the shooting was gang-related, and the baby was not the actual target, but the child's father.

The baby's mom, named Lianna Moore, mentioned more about the tragedy, fighting back tears and claiming that she will never get her child back as she's gone and can never see her again.

Describing her late daughter as someone who was always laughing and smiling, she questioned what is going on in the country and how incidents such as these are allowed to take place during daylight hours.

Investigations are taking place as reports indicate that the child's shooter has been apprehended by the police.
