Bullet Used in Charlie Kirk Killing Does NOT Match Weapon

Bombshell new evidence has come to light that might throw the Charlie Kirk case against suspected murderer Tyler Robinson wide open.

As per new court filings that were shared recently, the bullet that killed the far-right figure Charlie Kirk might not match the same rifle that was used by the alleged killer.

The 22-year-old was charged with capital murder after Kirk was shot dead on September 10 at Utah Valley University.

Tyler Robinson's legal reps revealed in recent court documents that testing conducted by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, a federal law enforcement agency, failed to definitively link a bullet fragment retrieved during an autopsy to the rifle discovered near the scene.

While the agency's findings remain sealed, lawyers are said to have referenced portions in other public documents, noting how the results were indeterminate. The effectiveness of forensic ballistics examination depends mostly on the size and state of bullet fragments. Specialists search for distinctive, microscopic impressions left on projectiles as they travel through a firearm's barrel. Such markings are said to function as fingerprints.
