Investigators have gone on to confirm the tragic circumstances behind the passing of James Gracey, a 20-year-old college student from the University of Alabama who went missing after leaving a famous beachfront nightclub in Spain.
The frantic search started after the student never returned to his apartment, where he was staying during a spring break in Spain.
{img}For more than a day, his family, friends, and the local police carried out a desperate search for answers in this regard.
As per investigators, the Catalan regional police force mentioned how Gracey passed away accidentally after falling into the sea near Somorrostro Beach in Barcelona.
Security camera footage was intricately reviewed by authorities that showed how Gracey was leaving Shoko, which is a beachfront nightclub near Port Olympic, at about 3 am.
