A man was arrested by the Pima County Sheriff's Department late on Thursday, after he was seen driving past Nancy Guthrie's Catalina Foothills repeatedly in a bizarre fashion.
According to reports from local media outlets, the man drove up to 100 times in a blue vehicle, as per eyewitnesses and media reports. Observers at the scene spoke about how the driver appeared to be looking at an image of the missing 84-year-old on his phone, and kept stopping near a memorial that was set up outside her residence.
