Bad Bunny's Super Bowl LX halftime performance sparked a major tidal wave of reactions, especially because of his past criticisms of the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement ICE.
Before this game, Bad Bunny had openly condemned ICE and expressed concern about immigration enforcement at concerts.

This soon became a talking point among critics when he was announced as the headliner, even though he did not directly mention ICE during the halftime show itself.
Many on the right, including former President Trump, blasted the choice, calling the show one of the worst and claiming it was disrespectful or unpatriotic, partly because it was mostly performed in Spanish and linked to his vocal stance against ICE.

But what fans were not expecting was the arrival of Lady Gaga and actor Pedro Pascal, who joined Bad Bunny on stage.
Many adored the surprise and the message of inclusivity that Bad Bunny wished to share with the country.
