The celeb shed light on her recovery from drug and alcohol addiction and how it was a tough road, but she never gave up. The actress shared a heartfelt message on Instagram, remembering how she received help during one of her lowest moments.

Lewis shared her to others in recovery, which Curtis says altered her life and assisted her in escaping the daily jail of addiction.
{img}Lewis was a comedian and actor who co-starred with her on the sitcom Anything but Love from 1989 to 1992. He died in 2024 at the age of 76. Curtis has gone on to publicly credit him for being pivotal in her turning point towards sobriety.
