Model ex-wife who revealed NFL husband Matt Kalil’s manhood size was ‘too SMALL to give pleasure’ cites ‘free speech’ in bid to toss lawsuit

Former model Haley Baylee is asking a judge to dismiss a lawsuit that was filed by her former husband and NFL star Matt Kalil.

In the post, he was seen arguing about the controversial remarks and cited that they really damaged his reputation as she spoke about his sexual performance. But his former model wife says that the claims were protected under free speech.

She asked the judge to throw the case out as the statements made during the podcast and on social media had no ill intention, where she alleged that his manhood was too small to provide her with pleasure.

She also added that she's entitled to her own opinion, and some might disagree with her, but that's okay, as they were not factual assertions.

"This is because opinions cannot be proven to be true or false and therefore they are shielded from defamation claims under the First Amendment," she added.

Kalil, who enjoyed a very successful career as part of the Minnesota Vikings and Carolina Panthers, has accused her former wife of intentionally harming and humiliating him and damaging his reputation. He added that the comments had zero truth and were made with malice and designed to go viral and generate attention at his expense.
