The Trump administration has opted to make history again, and this time around, it's linked to the food pyramid.
The latest feeding program guidelines have turned the food pyramid upside down that emphasizing on eating plenty of protein and saturated fats while discouraging the consumption of sugar and highly processed foods.

The White House rolled out a new and revised Dietary Guidelines for Americans as part of a news conference on Wednesday, with the Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins touting potential benefits in limiting chronic diseases for all Americans.
Kennedy shared a statement where he detailed how he plans on ending the war on saturated fats and referred to products that were generally sold at room temperature. This includes cheese, butter, and fat inside meats. These are now recommended to form the majority of diets, along with carrots and broccoli.

He also shared how sugar and excess salt are damaging to the body and, therefore, should be avoided. 'Diets rich in vegetables and fruits reduce disease and more effectively reduce risk. Whole grains outperform refined carbohydrates'- he added, hoping to make America healthy again.
