Mighty Ducks Alum Shaun Weiss has shared that Taylor Chase, the former Nickelodeon star who is now homeless on the streets, has returned to the streets after he was placed in a 72-hour involuntary psychiatric center.
Shocking reports from local media outlets spoke about how Chase was rushed to the hospital last week after Jacob Harris contacted a crisis center.
{img}Now, Weiss revealed how Chase was let go early from the psychiatric hold. 'They were supposed to hold him and then transport him to a detox facility that we had arranged. Instead, they let him go without contacting any of us.
Weiss also mentioned how Harris found Chase on the streets during the later hours of the night last week in Riverside and got a hold of the crisis team again.
{img}Chase then underwent a second assessment, but was believed to be doing drugs at the time.
Weiss mentioned how he was told that Chase was smoking meth during the evaluation, with no shoes or jacket in the cold. The crisis team did reveal that he was in danger to himself, but ultimately didn't take him in again.
