A 2-year-old baby girl has tragically died after falling into a pond during a family Christmas gathering.
Isobel Wallace passed away on Christmas Day on Thursday, her aunt shared on a page that was created to help the child's parents cover expenses and create a memorial fairy garden for their late daughter.
{img}Maxwell shared how Isobel wandered away from the family's Christmas celebrations in Doncaster, South Yorkshire, and fell into the pond in a nearby garden, just a few moments later.
'It's just so hard for me to try and communicate this and go over this living nightmare of our innocent darling girl being taken away from us'- Maxwell shared in a post. They also added how they still cannot come to terms with the fact that the child is no longer here.
{img}Isobel was called the happiest, most smiling, adventurous, and curious little girl of the family.
The family member added how the pond where she died had a temporary fence around it, in a garden she would have never accessed alone. Despite CPR attempts until the ambulance arrived, she sadly couldn't be saved.
