Teen allegedly shoots parents, killing mother, in day-after-Christmas horror at Pa. home

A teenager has reportedly shot his parents, killing his mom, outside their Pennsylvania home the day after Christmas, as per authorities. 

18-year-old Jarrod Noll was nabbed in West Virginia on Saturday after authorities rolled out a massive manhunt with search dogs after the attack in the town of New Freeport on Friday afternoon, as per the state police.

Cops were seen rushing to the home after the distress call was made, just north of the West Virginia border, and discovered Noll’s mom and dad with gunshot wounds, as per the cops. 

Noll’s mom, who is yet to be identified, was rushed to the hospital in critical condition and later pronounced dead, the police revealed.

His dad was rushed to a hospital and has since then been released in stable condition. The teen’s younger siblings were home when the shooting took place, though he allegedly fired the shots outside the home. The kids are now in the custody of a relative. 

Following this tragic shooting, Noll fled on foot and was not found after the police carried out an extensive search of the surrounding neighborhood. Cops then decided to launch a full-on search for the suspect, who was considered to be armed and dangerous, making use of helicopters and tracking dogs.
