Melissa Mae Carlton and her partner Tom Carlton are grieving the loss of their youngest child Molly.
The couple shared a heartbreaking post confirming the tragedy through social media. 'On Christmas morning, our sweet Molly girl, and her big sister Abi were reunited'- Melissa mentioned on Instagram, referring to Abigail's death in April of 2024.
'This is the only thing giving me comfort. Molly missed her sister so deeply. She would often ask me, Mummy when is Jesus coming back so Abi can come down?'
Abi passed away at just nine years old after a health battle. But the couple are yet to share publicly the cause of death of Molly or how old she was.
Hours later, Melissa was seen returning to Instagram with more details.
"I hesitate to share a medical update already because we still don't have an official diagnosis but I do feel it's important to let people know that we have some replies this time around'- she mentioned on Saturday.
'The doctors feel Molly had a genetic heart condition and suspect that this might be the case with Abi as well.'
