Steven Spielberg is making headlines after a shocking story from the early 2000s is now going viral online.

The incident is believed to have stemmed from what he called a very awkward encounter involving one of Spielberg's kids.

Binder mentioned how it all started when he was developing the movie dubbed 'Man about Town,' and Spielberg expressed interest in directing this same project.

The script was said to be inspired in part by a real-life home invasion that took place at the director's home, and things seemed to be going forward until Affleck signed on as the lead star.

But the director refused as soon as he found out. He mentioned: 'He's got the whole JLo thing going on right now, and we just bombed with a movie with him. I have other major concerns'- the director shared.
