Authorities in California are not immediately clear on how long former Nickelodeon star Tylor Chase has been living homeless on the streets.
The Riverside Police Department issued a statement on this front, adding that they were not aware of how long he's been homeless after shocking viral footage of him took over social media by storm this week.
{img}They did confirm that the once-famed child actor from Nickelodeon was cooperating with the cops and has been very cordial with the officers.
They also mentioned how the department's Public Safety Engagement Team contacts him at least once every week and consistently offers him a number of different resources, including help and temporary shelter options.
{img}Chase has consistently declined assistance in the form of shelter, drug, or alcohol treatment, or any kind of mental health services offered by the department's outreach division.
They have yet to be in touch with the 36-year-old's relatives as he remains unhoused.
