Witnesses have broken their silence and spoken about how they heard some chilling sounds in the moments before Texas A&M cheerleader Brianna Aguilera fell to her death.
Her family says the cops are refusing to investigate the matter in detail and have come to the conclusion that she took her life by herself.
Witnesses spoke about hearing someone yell, ‘Get off me!’- right before she fell 17 stories to her death, raising serious allegations of suspicion on how the tragedy arose in the first place.

Texas attorneys have revealed how a man down the street from the apartment heard some serious arguments and fighting taking place during the early hours of Saturday.
He heard some screaming and muffled cries between 12:30 and 1:00 a.m. next to the apartment, as mentioned in the press conference.

He then shed light on a second witness across the hall who also heard things that sounded like the victim was in trouble and found it hard to escape the situation. A third witness spoke about running back and forth and screaming. But the cops failed to talk to either of the witnesses.
Now, the family accused the authorities of jumping to baseless conclusions of suicide, as they claim the police retrieved a suicide note from the victim’s phone. But the attorney says the note was from an essay she created four days before her death.
