TMZ obtained Celeste's latest death certificate, and it no longer mentions that she was NOT pregnant. Now, this section is marked with a giant U, which represents unknown.
The latest certificate mentioned more about the cause of death being corrected from deferred to multiple penetrating injuries. And the manner of death is updated from pending investigation to homicide.
