After violently taking 7-year-old Athena Strand's life, former FedEx driver Tanner Horner did everything to make a chilling and very disturbing bargain if they wished to know what exactly happened to the child.
Tanner recently pleaded guilty to Athena's kidnapping and homicide earlier this month, and now jurors are weighing whether he should be executed or sentenced to life in prison without parole.

FedEx driver Tanner Horner was seen delivering her Christmas gift, which was a set of Barbie dolls, when he found the little girl eagerly waiting inside the driveway.
{img}It's believed Tanner tossed her into the back of his delivery truck and drove off. He was then seen torturing the child and strangling her till her last breath. Her body was found four days later in the river, not far from her residence.
During the wild goose chase with the police, he told them that he didn't care if they threw him in jail forever, but he wanted one more month to spend with his own family before never seeing them again. That was his bargain for the heinous crime he carried out.
