Leaving Neverland director calls Michael Jackson 'worse than Jeffrey Epstein' and reveals why controversial documentary was pulled from HBO

The director of Leaving Neverland, Dan Reed, has reignited another controversy by stating that Michael Jackson was worse than Jeffrey Epstein in another interview.

His comments come amid renewed debate over Jackson's legacy and a new biopic that avoids addressing abuse allegations.

Reed was seen arguing about how many people tend to ignore or dismiss all of the accusations linked to Michael Jackson, despite all the claims made in his documentary by Wade Robson and James Safechuck.

He slammed the Hollywood industry and fans for only focusing on his music while overlooking some serious child abuse allegations. He hoped people would realize that his life was not as sanitized as it appears to be.

The director then goes on to mention how Leaving Neverland was removed from HBO after a leading dispute that was legal dispute with his estate over a decades-old contract that entailed a non-disparagement clause.
