Denise Richards is remembering her best friend and voice of reason, Patrick Muldoon, who passed away this week after suffering from a sudden heart attack.
The 55-year-old star shared a moving tribute to the late actor on Tuesday, two days after his sudden death. The pair starred together in the 1997 cult classic Starship Troopers, dated for nearly five years in the '90s, and have since then remained very close friends.
{img}In a tribute shared through Instagram, Richards mentioned more about how her feelings surrounding Muldoon's death were very hard to put into words. The longtime pals also worked together on the upcoming crime thriller, Dirty Hands, which is set for a digital release on Friday.
{img}"I am deeply heartbroken and devastated losing you," Richards mentioned in her caption. She says she does not know what to do now and feels so lost after his death. Referring to him as her best friend and her family, she also shared memories that they had together. This includes meeting at their first acting class.
