A glamorous triathlete who drowned during an Ironman competition in Texas shared an image from a swimming pool recently of a final training session, just two days before the tragic race unfolded.
{img}38-year-old influencer from Brazil, Mara Flavia, shared a shot of herself on the edge of a swimming pool on Thursday. This is two days before she vanished during an open water swim in the Woodlands on Saturday morning.
{img}The star shared the post with the caption: 'Just another day at work'- and mentioned it in Portuguese along with a picture of her donning a matching pink swimming costume and cap.
The influencer who had more than 60,000 followers online chose the track 'Show Me Love' for her post with the hashtags triathlon and swimming. Flavia vanished during the open water swim in the Woodlands on Saturday morning. Fire crews were informed about the lost swimmer at about 7:30 am, one hour into the pro-female swim.
