Monster FedEx driver Tanner Horner sang along to Jingle Bell Rock while he murdered 7-year-old Athena Strand in the back of his truck, as per a bone-chilling audio that was played for jurors.
Athena could be heard screaming in agonizing pain after what appeared to be Horner slamming her against the tree's floor when the Christmas carol came on the radio, with the confessed killer singing along as she moaned.
{img}'Shut up,' Horner yelled at the innocent girl as she kept on moaning. 'If you don't shut up, I will hurt you worse!'- he added.
{img}The gut-churning moment arose about 30 minutes into a recording from the truck's surveillance camera after Horner abducted the young girl from her residence in Texas. This distressing audio was played in the courtroom for the jurors as everyone started to weep, and the victim's family left as sounds of her choking could be heard as well.
