Singer Cher has filed for conservatorship of her son, Elijah Blue Allman, again after his arrests that took place this year.
The 79-year-old icon filed a petition earlier this week in Los Angeles Superior Court, as per documents obtained by the press.

This is to appoint a temporary conservator of the 49-year-old, gravely disabled, and drug-dependent Allman's estate.
Cher previously filed for the temporary conservatorship over her son's estate in December of 2023 and then requested herself as the sole conservator. This time, she's requesting fiduciary Jason Rubin to fill that same position.

The latest filing says Allman's life has gone down significantly. The documents added that Allman is currently in custody in the state of New Hampshire in a locked psychiatric hospital in an attempt to restore him to competency.
