The shocking new security footage from an East Williamsburg bodega attained by the Post, captured the heartbreaking scene when mother Lianna Charles Moore first noticed her baby girl had been hit by a bullet inside her stroller.

The loud booms, which the family had initially mistaken for fireworks, turned out to be gunshots fired by a pair of moped-riding thugs inside a crowd near the corner of Humboldt and Moore Streets at about 1:20 pm, as per the police.
