A woman has been found guilty by a jury in California of administering an illegal silicone injection to an OnlyFans model, known for having a striking resemblance to Kim Kardashian, which resulted in the model's death.
Vivian Alexandra Gomez was convicted of felony involuntary manslaughter and practicing medicine without a license in connection with the 2023 death of Christina Asthen Gourkani, as per a post that was shared on X by the San Mateo County District Attorney's Office on Tuesday.

{img}Soon after Gourkani fell ill and passed away from respiratory failure, the social media post read: San Mateo County District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe previously explained how she developed an infection that led to a pulmonary embolism. This resulted in her fatal condition. Silicone was also found in her bloodstream.
