The minor accusing Joseph Duggar of s*xual assault has reportedly told the cops about how she was groomed by the reality star.
In a new forensic interview with a detective from Arkansas' Tontitown Police Department, the minor shed light on how she was just nine years old and on a family vacation in Florida when several incidents of sexual abuse arose. These details were part of the affidavit for an arrest warrant filed in this case and attained by PEOPLE.
Joseph was a 25-year-old dad of two at that time, and his wife, Kendra Duggar, was pregnant with their third child in as many years.
The minor detailed how the reality star was among the guests in Panama City Beach during that specific trip, and per the affidavit, she mentioned to the detective that during that trip, Duggar asked her to sit on his lap several times.
She would sit on his lap, and he would cradle her with his arms. The longer they were on vacation, the more things started to change between the two of them, she continued. This includes frequent couch sittings and covering both of them with blankets. He would then pull her dress up and touch her thighs, graze her vagina, and his hand was found outside of her underwear. This left her so uncomfortable and confused. He did approach her later and apologize.
