Kurt Russell, Goldie Hawn skipped marriage, choosing 43 years ago to ‘have fun until we don’t’

Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn were seen having fun together for nearly 43 years.

In a recent interview with the Wall Street Journal, the 75-year-old actor spoke about the good old early days of his relationship with Hawn after they both met for the first time in 1967.

This was on the set of The Only Genuine, Original Family Band, when he was 15 years old, and she was 21.

Goldie and I met again in 1983, he shared, while working on the movie Swing Shift. By then, both of them had been through divorces, and she had two small kids, Oliver and Kate, and I had one.

The pair hit it off and agreed, 'Let's have fun until we don't!'- they had in their minds at the start, and now it's been 43 long years. Despite not getting married, the couple has managed to seamlessly blend families and have build a great life together over the last four decades.

They've managed to raise their kids so well together and with no regrets, the pair say it's all a unique affair that's so well balanced. Their money and account is all separate, and they like being independent that way as it doesn't leave any room for formalities.
