The teenager from Georgia who has been accused of killing his own teacher during a prank gone horribly wrong is now breaking his silence on the matter.
18-year-old Jayden Wallace was said to be the driver behind the vehicle that day, which fatally ran over 40-year-old loving teacher Jason Hughes.

The suspect mentioned how it was an honest mistake, and he never meant to run over his teacher. He detailed more about how the students had gone to their teacher's residence late at night as part of a prom season prank tradition that entailed covering trees with toilet paper. When the teacher came out and wished to confront the teens, the group made a run for it in their pickup truck.

Now, Wallace is facing a felony charge linked to vehicular homicide and reckless driving. Four others involved will face misdemeanor charges related to littering and trespassing. Their families have expressed regret over the matter and mentioned how the late teacher was a respected individual who would never be forgotten.
