A major airport has closed after a plane collapsed on the runway during a horror landing this morning.
The Air India flight collapsed on landing at Phuket International Airport after experiencing a noise-wheel issue. This incident led to the suspension of flight operations at the airport, which only has a single runway. Cops from Sakhu Police Station shared more about how officers and emergency responders rushed to the scene, which involved Flight IX93, which happened to be traveling from Hyderabad, India, to Phuket.

The flight was carrying 133 passengers. Emergency services were deployed to ensure the safety of all of those on board.
All passengers were safely evacuated from the plane and rushed to a passenger waiting area. No injuries were reported.
