Ohio State President Ted Carter put his $1.5M job, 45-year marriage on the line over ‘inappropriate relationship’ with podcaster

Shocking reports are speaking about the President of Ohio State University, Walter Ted Carter Jr., who resigned after reports surfaced linked to an inappropriate relationship involving a podcaster seeking assistance for her private business.

Carter chose to step down after informing the university's board of trustees about the situation. He acknowledged that he had made a serious error by giving the woman inappropriate access to the university leadership.

As per reports from local media outlets, the person linked to the controversy happens to be Krisanthe Vlachos, who is the host of the Callout Podcast. Carter seemed to frequently appear on the show and even maintained a very visible connection with her through posts published on social media and events linked to the veterans' initiatives.

The relationship raised serious eyebrows due to the fact that Carter allowed this podcaster special access to senior university leaders while she made attempts to advance a personal business project.

While Carter did admit that he had a lapse in judgment, he did not publicly clarify if the relationship was romantic or provide more details regarding these circumstances.
