Dick Cheney’s doctor calls for investigation into Trump’s mental fitness

A leading doctor of former Vice President Dick Cheney is going public about his thoughts linked to President Donald Trump.

He spoke about how Trump's erratic behavior warranted a medical checkup, not only physically but mentally as well. He called out the President for showing the signs and symptoms of poor mental fitness and therefore urged a formal inquiry.

Dr. Jonathan Reiner, who was the longtime cardiologist of Cheney, mentioned his thoughts after an extraordinary letter was rolled out by the President to Norway's PM. Reiner shared how statements made in the letter made it clear how the President's mental health was in decline.

He prompted that a bipartisan congressional investigation was needed to see if the president was fit to serve. The letter linked his hard-line push for Greenland to frustration over not winning the prestigious Nobel Peace Prize.

The letter alarmed many of Trump's critics as well as allies, calling his actions unusual and very concerning. This is why Reiner says it's about time to get a true judgment of Trump's mental state after all of this.
