The grim finding was made on the evening of March 2, when a local dog walker came across what seemed to be a partially buried suitcase, and that's when he opted to alert the authorities. When the cops arrived, they uncovered one of the bodies, and then, after searching nearby, they found a second suitcase also containing the human remains.
